PrintedBlanket.com is a Spectator Sport USA property, dedicated to one subject: what separates a print that lasts from a print that cracks, peels, and fades.
PrintedBlanket.com is operated by Spectator Sport USA, a sports gear and equipment company based in Murray, Utah. Spectator Sport USA has run its own dye-sublimation presses for over 20 years, and custom printed blankets are the company's flagship product line.
This site exists because most buyers comparing “custom blankets” online are really comparing print methods without knowing it. Screen print and vinyl put a layer on the fabric that eventually cracks or peels. Dye-sublimation bonds the ink into the fiber, which is the difference between a blanket that looks new after fifty washes and one that doesn't survive ten.
Every blanket we print is full-bleed dye-sublimation on 120-denier NubaySoft 2.0, the plush fabric Spectator Sport USA developed as a print canvas: fine enough to resolve photographic detail, even-dyeing across large color fields, and unchanged in softness after the press. Upper tiers (D-Luxe Plus and Swanky Blankey) are printed on both faces.

Spectator Sport USA operates specialist sites for different corners of the custom blanket market. All orders, whichever site they start on, are produced on the same presses and the same fabric.
